Important Information

Redemption Deadline: Redeem your NFC card service by December 31, 2024.

Service Period: 1 year from the activation date.

Renewal: After the first year, renew your service through the user portal using payment or a redemption code.

Lifetime Use: Without renewal, you can continue using your eBusiness card with occasional ads, but editing features will be disabled until reactivation.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create Your Account

1. Visit https://vip.card.buzz/user

2. Click on Register.

3. Enter your unique email address and the One-time Password (OTP) sent to your email.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account setup.

2. Redeem Your Free Individual Card

1. Visit https://vip.card.buzz/user

2. Log in to your account using your email and OTP or code from the Authenticator App.

3. Click on Add Card in the top menu.

4. Enter the redemption code printed on your physical NFC card.

5. Click Submit to proceed.

3. Enter Your Information

1. Follow the wizard to input your details.

2. Prepare the following before you start:
- Company Logo: Hi-res PNG file with transparent background recommended (shortest dimension 600px).
- Profile Photo: 1:1 square size recommended (800px x 800px or higher resolution).
- Contact Details.

4. Optional: Free Content Input Service

1. To use our free content input service, gather the following (recommended specifications above):
- A clear image of your business card (front and back, if applicable).
- Your profile photo.
- Your company logo.

2. Submit these images to us using this form.

3. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing due to high request volume.

5. Link Your Physical NFC Card

1. Visit https://vip.card.buzz/user

2. Log in to your account using your email and OTP or code from the Authenticator App.

3. Click the Link icon on the card you want to link to the physical NFC card.

4. Enter the ID and passcode from your physical NFC card.

5. Your eBusiness card is now active and ready to use!

Sharing Your eBusiness Card Using NFC Card and QR Code

On Android:

1. Using NFC:
- Ensure NFC is enabled on your contact’s device.
- Hold the NFC card close to the back of the phone.
- A prompt will appear; tap it to open your eBusiness card website.
- Your contact can download your vCard and view other information.

2. Using QR Code:
- Ask your contact to open their camera app or QR code scanning app.
- Point it at the QR code on your NFC card.
- A prompt will appear; tap it to open your eBusiness card website.
- Your contact can download your vCard and view other information.

On iPhone:

1. Using NFC:
- Hold the NFC card near the top of the iPhone.
- A prompt will appear; tap it to open your eBusiness card website.
- Your contact can download your vCard and view other information.

2. Using QR Code:
- Open the Camera app.
- Aim it at the QR code on your NFC card.
- A prompt will appear; tap it to open your eBusiness card website.
- Your contact can download your vCard and view other information.
